The challenge
AbbVie wanted to help HCPs and patients better understand the treatment initiation process and reduce the perceived complexity of administering their drug. The solution involved targeting a unique group that understood the challenges of both the HCP and the patient—haematology nurses.
A comprehensive multi-channel education program was crafted in collaboration with a nurse steering committee, plus a total revamp of patient materials.
