Alright, spill the beans! What's your gig at Orchard all about? And what was it that made you go, "Yep, this team's got the mojo"?
User Experience designer – I’m the woman behind all your effortlessly smooth interactions on websites and apps. I sit on the Orchard Strategy team, made up of talented, intelligent, fun, trendy, kind, warm, and for sure, strategic thinking people.
What does 'Connected Experiences' mean to you?
It’s like the philosophy behind my role. It’s making all interactions between a brand and its customers seamless and meaningful.
What's the most exciting project you've worked on recently?
Cystic fibrosis. I was really excited not only to hone my UX skills but also to talk to lots of people living with cystic fibrosis (CF) to understand what it is and empathise how it is living with CF.
How do you recharge and find inspiration outside of work?
Video calls 3 hours/day, 7 days/week with my mum in Saigon. And listening to Thich Nhat Hanh lessons.
What's the coolest tech trend you're currently geeking out over?
Digitalised restaurants – from digital menu and ordering, to data-driven decision-making across F&B operations.
