Underdiagnosis of osteoporosis was a key challenge holding back Amgen’s brand. Our research uncovered that GPs didn’t really believe there was an issue in their own local area. So instead of telling them—we showed them. Harnessing data and combining interactivity, we depicted underdiagnosis at national, state and postcode levels, making the unmet need personal to the GP and empowering them to take ownership.
